David Asatiani has been elected as the President of the European Association of Lawyers (AEA-EAL). The elections took place on June 13. This marks the first precedent in the history of professional associations of lawyers in Europe, when the President of the organization is from a non-EU country.

During the session, participants explored topics such as the  grounds for termination of the employment contract, legal consequences of illegal termination of the employment contract, discrimination as a basis for termination of the employment relationship, etc. The workshop combined both theoretical and practical elements.
