“Freedom of Association in Labor Relations and the Right to Strike” – A public lecture for lawyers by Jeffrey Voeth, Director of the Rule of Law Program at the Solidarity Center (USA), was held at the Georgian Bar Association. An informational meeting was held between representatives of the Georgian Bar Association and the Office of the Public Defender of Consumer Interests on the topic: “Know Your Rights in the Communications Sector.” The Public Defender of Consumer Interests, Gvantsa Chkheidze, was hosted by the President of the Georgian Bar Association, David Asatiani.

At the ceremonial event dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Georgian Bar Association, Giorgi Tshekhani was awarded the Medal of Honor of the Georgian Bar Association by decision of the Executive Board, in recognition of his exceptional personal contribution to the development of the Georgian legal system and the legal profession.
