The purpose of the Committee is to promote and  the development of mediation, arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms within the Bar. In order to achieve these goals, , the Committee will develop draft laws, proposals, and recommendations on pressing issues of mediation and arbitration, and hold workshops in various formats with state and NGOs.
