The Georgian Bar Association will host the English Law Forum on May 6, 2025, in cooperation with the Law Society of England and Wales.
This year’s key topics include:
• Rule of law and judicial independence
• Enforcement of court decisions / asset tracing
• International arbitration institutions and investor-state arbitration
• Current issues in jurisdiction
The forum, held for the second time in Georgia, aims to promote English law and judicial practice, especially in areas such as business law, alternative dispute resolution, and rule of law.
British barristers and solicitors will participate in the event.
Working language: English (Georgian translation will be provided).
