At the initiative of the Chairman of the Bar Association, a charitable tradition was established

At the initiative of the Chairman of the Georgian Bar Association, Irakli Kandashvili, a charitable tradition has been established within the Association, which it plans to implement as part of its social responsibility agenda. This initiative encompasses both legal activities (pro bono projects) and various social, environmental, and other initiatives.

Within the framework of this initiative, Irakli Kandashvili, together with members of the Association’s Executive Board, Ethics Commission, and Audit Commission, visited the Gldani Children’s Home in Tbilisi, which cares for children of different ages and with diverse needs. The representatives of the Association congratulated the children on the New Year and Epiphany and presented them with gifts tailored to their needs.

“We visited the children’s home not only to share the joy of the New Year and Epiphany with the children, but also to express genuine care and support. I believe that social responsibility begins first and foremost with caring for those who need it most. For this reason, the Association will continue and further expand its charitable and social responsibility activities in the future, both in the legal field through pro bono projects and in other areas of public engagement,” said Irakli Kandashvili.

Members of the Association will have the opportunity, if they wish, to become involved in the planned social responsibility activities in various forms in the future.
