ACT, a research and consulting firm with the support of the Council of Europe, presented a report on the effectiveness of the Bar Association's Professional Adaptation Program to its members.

At the workshop, the findings of the study were discussed and future plans and further steps were taken to further increase the effectiveness of the adaptation program based on the recommendations made by the ACT.
