About Lawyer:
Tinatin Gugunava is a founder and managing partner of the law firm Wise Advice. She has more than 20 years of experience in Business sector. She graduated from Georgian State University’s law faculty with honors, and she earned LLM degree in U.S International & Transnational Law from Chicago-Kent collage of law in Chicago, Illinois. Through her carrier, she worked as an in-house lawyer and as a head of legal department for different Georgian holding companies, which were operating locally and internationally. At present, she represents several foreign investors, who have invested in aviation, mining, real estate and agriculture sectors of Georgia. Her legal practice focuses on corporate law, M&A, commercial law, labor law, international IP law, real estate and construction law. Tinatin is an active member of Georgian Bar Association, member of entrepreneurial and antitrust law committees. She is providing professional trainings for other GBA members. Also is involved in lawmaking process of Georgian new legislation in entrepreneur, antitrust and labor law.
