Over the years, I have held various leadership and high-responsibility positions at the LEPL Labor Inspection Service and the Tbilisi City Municipality. My practical experience includes overseeing labor standards, managing both planned and unplanned inspections, conducting administrative proceedings related to labor disputes, reviewing applications and complaints, and drafting administrative-legal acts. I also maintain effective communication with public and private sector representatives at both national and international levels. In the field of administrative law, I have extensive experience in reviewing administrative complaints, conducting oral hearings, managing administrative proceedings related to the enforcement of court decisions, drafting normative and individual administrative-legal acts, and performing legal expertise. I am actively engaged in professional development and have completed numerous international and local trainings in labor law, human rights, anti-discrimination, prevention of forced labor and labor exploitation, as well as in administrative proceedings.
