Ketevan Vardosanidze


Ketevan Vardosanidze played a role in shaping Georgia's climate policy landscape by actively contributing to the development of key climate policy documents, including the Updated Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) and Climate Strategy and Action Plan. With a solid foundation in climate policy, law, and governance, her professional journey has seen her excel at esteemed organizations, notably the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD). Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Tbilisi State University, Ms. Vardosanidze's research primarily revolves around the intersection of human rights and climate change. Holding a Master's Degree in "Globalization and Law" from the University of Maastricht (the Netherlands) and another Master's Degree in "Public International Law and Human Rights" from Riga Graduate School of Law (Latvia), she also earned her BA and MA degrees in law from Tbilisi State University."
