Nino Kutsniashvili – Attorney-at-law with additional specialization in child rights, in civil and administrative law. She graduated Grigol Robakidze University, where she obtained both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law. She is currently a PhD candidate at the same university. Her research interests include the legal regulation of discrimination in labor relations, the allocation of the burden of proof, mechanisms for the protection of child rights, family and contractual disputes and mediation. Nino Kutsniashvili is the author of five scientific articles and actively participates in both local and international academic conferences. She has served as an assistant professor at Grigol Robakidze University and remains actively involved in the academic and research activities of law students. Within her doctoral studies, she was awarded a grant by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania and the Francophone University Agency (AUF), which enabled her to conduct part of her doctoral research abroad — at Babeș-Bolyai University in Romania, under the supervision of a foreign academic advisor. Her professional activity is guided by the principles of justice, good faith, equality and the protection of the best interests of the child.
